Hello! I have been unable to print my packing slips from the app lately. When I attempt to do so, I get the message “Could not print documents. If this continues, contact Etsy support.” I have tried it on another phone as well and have the same issue. Please advise. Thank you.

Have you tried using the browser instead of the buggy app?
This will not work if printing form an iPad or iPhone, because the browser will then try to open the app to print…it will not print from the browser. It will work if printing from laptop.
@Scentability I don't know if this will work the same way on an iphone, but on my android if I go to app settings for the specific app in question, there is an option to open clicked links either in the mobile web browser I am using, or have it open to the app.
I disabled the "open in app" feature for both the selling and buying apps for etsy because I prefer to stay within the mobile browser at times.
I have same issue I have received orders today to complete.
I have had to print them from my desktop for the last 2 days. So frustrating, especially if you rely on your phone! Hopefully they will fix this issue asap.

I have read here people are having this issue with the app via an iPhone..so some sort of interface glitch? Did Apple update something?
I'm having the same issue on my Android device. My app is up to date. I am able to go through my browser and print the packing slip, however this takes so much longer and when I'm printing packing slips for multiple orders- They all are given the same file name, so it's an added step trying to download multiple files that all have the same name.
I hope this gets resolved quickly, as it has really affected how long it takes me to process and complete an order.
I started having this issue intermittently from the app several weeks ago and last week, it has been consistent. Cannot print at all from the app. Doesn’t matter which iPad or phone I am trying to print from.
Tried last week printing on my iPad from the browser…BUT…when you click on “Print”, it opens the app to try to print from there instead of from the browser…so, that is an endless loop.
finally was able to get in touch with support through chat…and they had me send a screenshot of the screen when this pops up…and the said they would have to get back to me with answers…HOWEVER, their “solutions” were to delete cookies and clear cache from my browser…but this has no effect on the APP. Also suggested using a different browser…again has nothing to do with the app!
I did, in the meantime, figure out I could print from my browser in my laptop…so, I guess I am tethered again to my laptop until they fix the app…so frustrating.
I also sent a screenshot. Deleted app. Reinstalled. Etc.
I’ve always been able to print from both phone & laptop. It’s only the app that’s having the issues. Happens when going to Manage Your Shop on the phone too so doesn’t seem to be an issue exclusive to the app.
They also responded with the same “solutions” with the final sentence to the effect of “now you should be able to print successfully”, I responded “no, I cannot now print successfully”!!
Been happening for several weeks. Only way I can print is via laptop - either from email notice (when I get one and if I wanted to printed a dozen or more pages per order) or in the order function. Annoying as I'm used to printing from either laptop or tablet depending what I'm on at the time.
Same!! Etsy support was completely useless.. acted like they didn’t know this was an issue.. and then told me to clear cookies, when it has no relevance to the app 🤦🏼
I’m having the same problem. There used to be an option on the app to report problems/glitches. Why did they remove that?
I have had the same problem with the Etsy app on my cell phone, and trying to create a ticket online with Etsy support now seems to be impossible - you just end up in circles with assorted FAQ pages, however if you call the phone number in Etsy support, you can get someone to assist you with this, I had to call earlier today for another issue. Click on the "I still need help" button in Etsy support and you should see a phone number on the next page.
Same problem with both phone and iPad complete pain because of course you can’t find anywhere to “contact support” so have to go to desk top to print them - I even tried deleting app and redownloading still not working
