Unable to narrow down the "ships from" to Cities

OK Etsy.  A few years ago you disabled the ability to search for items within a specific town.  Then you fixed it.  Now, it's disabled again.  As an Etsy buyer (and seller) I like to purchase gift items within the area I am sending the gift to.  This reduces the shipping costs and supports the small business in that area.  Now, it is broken again.  If it aint broke - don't fix it!

Etsy removed that ability a few months back.  It's not broken.  It's deliberate.

And it sucks! I also frequently searched within certain states & cities. Why they want to limit their search abilities is beyond me!
