Unable to login

Need your immediate help...

On Wednesday evening when I tried to login my account it appears password is incorrect. When I tried to change password it shows notification that your account is suspended and you are unable to change password. 

Everything was perfectly going good and even I didn't receive suspension email from Etsy. My password is correct but it is showing incorrect. My hundreds of orders are on the way and am unable to inform buyers. Now when customers are seeing shop closed they open cases and Etsy is issuing refunds to them. 

I'm in so much stressed from last 5 days. I tried to contact via chat but they said expert team will contact. I reach them via Call and same thing they said. On Etsy support email they said you have written problem is resolved now but I didn't and neither my problem has been resolve yet.

Please help me how can I get back my account. It is very important for me.

How to File an Appeal for a Permanently Suspended Account – Etsy Help

It appears Etsy has suspended your account from what is written on the banner.

Did you check for an email?

It could be an error or you shop was hacked but the shop is incomplete with no about page so Etsy may have thought the items were not handmade.

Try support at the bottom of the page.

Already filled an appeal but response yet and yes, already checked email many times but there is nothing. About page is added and it is not new shop more than a year has been passed....
