Unable to load photos using Etsy app on my tablet

I have been unable since yesterday to upload photos using my old Samsung tablet and the Etsy app. Other features work, however when I hit the + sign, nothing happens. It could be my tablet. Anyone else having an issue? TIA

I should add that this is adding photos to draft and inactive listings.

Use the browser.  The app is useless.

I have same problem. I can upload only video. I use Samsung phone and Samsung tablet.

I uninstalled and re-installed the app on my old Samsung tablet, fired up the new Samsung tablet, and even tried it on my Samsung phone. All using the app. I used the browser on my laptop and was able to upload some random photo that was on my laptop. Does me no good since the photos are on my tablet. I might just use the browser on my tablet like someone suggested.

Your tablet should have a browser too. I use mine to do all my photos, as desktop has photo glitch. I only use app for notifications, there are too many glitches in it.

Same here. Photos were the only thing I was using the app for (on phone) and now that is useless too. It was so easy until about a week or so ago...they have messed up something. Also going to just use the browser when not on laptop.

Same here...so frustrating that they can't keep their app functional. The old app was awful too so I was excited about the updated one. But now this one is having issues too

I was having a problem uploading pics with the App too. Etsy chat told me to use the mobile browser and it was working for me until TODAY. Today I am getting the same message about unable to upload photos and contact Etsy to report the issue. I went back to chat to report the problem and now it is asking for my banking information in the chat! I have used chat numerous times and it has never asked me to verify banking info. I'm clicking on the "Listing" prompt when asked what my issue is about.

Two problems in one day. Wth Etsy?
