Unable to list new items

After I enter all of the information for a new listing and get to the bottom of the page,  the preview listing button, save as a draft button, and publish buttons are not there.

I am having the same problem with editing an existing listing also.

I tried the help button but that just goes to a screen that says "oopsie" Etsy has a glitch.

@KibbiesCreations  :  Are you trying to do this using an Etsy app or via mobile browser or desktop browser (it makes a difference as to possible causes and potential solutions, otherwise we have to guess).
