I currently have a verified bank account. When I go to Finance > Payment Settings > Payment Methods in the Shop Management, I can see my bank account, it's "verified" label, but I do not have a button to edit the number.
There's text there alluding to an edit button, which does not exist:

I've tried on multiple browsers, PC, mobile, app, etc. What could be the issue?
I created a support ticket but haven't received a response yet.
Support finally gave me an answer: I can't edit the bank account for an ambiguous number of business days because I recently updated some business information.
Likely my email as I'm re-organizing my shop into an LLC with proper domain emails.
This would have been fantastic information to display on the page itself, but at least I know!
I just looked at mine and I see an edit button next to the bank account info.
@NanaLetha did you use mac and android and was it laptop or phone. I only ask because I've had this same issue and tried everything I could think off. Cleared browsing and cookies, restart, tried 3 different browsers, tried android, tried mobile and laptop, ETSY support cleared it on their end and still nothing. Same issue, I go in, the account says verified but not button to edit.
I used an android device with Chrome. I use the Sell on Etsy app as well as the new Etsy Seller app. I used a PC Chrome, and Microsoft Edge. Same result each time.
@BaileyBuildsDesigns: A very long shot suggestion, but try making the page smaller (View > Zoom on most browsers) on a desktop browser in case the button is off the page due to bad CSS.
Gave this a try and no luck unfortunately. I checked the debug console and couldn't see a hidden CSS element either unfortunately.
@GaRajExchange I used my iMac and Safari.
Tried the zoom, didn't work. I'm using mac OS on google. Tried Safari as well.
I'm confused. If it is already verified, why would you want to edit the number? Maybe there is a block to amend an already verified account as that would invalidate the verification.
There are a number of reasons why you could want to edit the number but mine is that I no longer want my payouts going to that bank account. Not being able to amend an account number verified or not wouldn't work well for reasons as my own, or even someone who might have closed the account that was verified and want to add a new one.

Did they tell you how long (days/time) it would be before you could update your banking information? I recently updated my email address (2/15) and now I need to update my banking but am not able to because there is no "Edit" button.

I can confirm that you will need to wait an unspecified about of days according to ETSY support. This happened to me and after approximately 2 weeks I was able to see the edit button and change account information.
