Good morning
I would like some clarification as to why I did not receive my star seller status. From my understanding, the period in review was from December 1 - February 28. I noticed that Etsy had already sent a message stating that I didn’t meet the requirements and my that my next chance to qualify starts on March 1st, but we are still in February and I made a sale on February 25 that would qualify me as a star seller. I would truly appreciate if you can assist me with this issue.
Kind regards,
Maria Ferrin

That sale was only 2 days ago. It will be included in your March 1 assessment.
There are 5 goals you have to meet in order to be a Star Seller - do you meet all 5 requirements?
Star sellers is only given on the 1st day of the month.
If you meet all 5 requirements on March 1 and you don't get the SSB, that's the time to complain. Not now while things are still percolating, so t speak.
Thank you to all who have replied, I’m still in a big learning curve and appreciate your help! ☺️
The badge for March (which should include your Feb 25 sale) won't be given until March 1st, and not necessarily in the morning.
Any message you've received about not qualifiying would be for an earlier month. (Editing: They may have sent the message out early in error. There seem to be a decent amount of errors.)

Today is only the 27th, but like most other months, Etsy’s actual cutoff was probably the 24th (Friday).
@ShopCasaTerra: There appear to be inconsistencies in how these "rules" are applied, but orders seem to be counted in the month that they are scheduled to ship in (not when they were placed or shipped) just like messages are counted in the month that the 24 hour reply window closes. Add in that an order may not be considered as shipped with tracking until after the first scan has been picked up by Etsy plus the time zone issues and it is up for grabs if anything that late in the month will count for the March star or not.
