I have been having difficulty with this for a few weeks. I was able to get around it by using my Android phone app to photograph and list the items then move to my computer to do the shipping profile. As of yesterday, that does not work either. I also noticed that my shipping profiles are no longer in alphabetical order. There is a section in alphabetical order then there is another set of listings that follows in alphabetical order. I googled this problem and a lot of others were having difficulty. I would really like to know how to list things!
