I can not add pictures in posts

For some reason I can not add a picture in the message I returned to the customer. It says there is a problem and I will try later.

A customer who wants to buy a set of rings from me, I wanted to show him pictures of different styles and I could not attach pictures.

I would be happy if you would update me if the problem is with me or the system.

@OritNaar  try a different device - like your phone or PC/laptop - whichever you weren't using.

@OritNaar - While I have never tried to send a buyer a photo thru Etsy messages, it could be just a technical glitch in Etsy's system.

Or possibly Etsy limits the quality &/or number of photos you can attach to a message?

I'd suggest doing the usual tech stuff, clear cache, cookies, etc. & then try again. Hopefully if it's a problem on Etsy's end, it will be fixed soon.

Along with the other suggestions, you could try a different photo format (so .png instead of .bmp or whatever) and try making your photo smaller in file size.
