We have tried to message etsy to no avail. They have moved us to 95% on the shipping measurement because two on the tracking numbers are wrong or so etsy say. The tracking numbers are 100% correct and even the tracking information is showing in etsy. There is clearly an error in how they collect their data and impacts once again on the sellers. Also, as for this we cannot amend Star Seller ratings, etc it is total rubbish every technology system can be updated, amended and even manually amended. Sort yourselves out etsy!
