Is anyone else having an issue purchasing shipping labels through Etsy? If it's on my end I cannot figure out what the issue is nor has Etsy contacted me id there is a problem. Never in my years here had an issue with purchasing labels until now. Thx.
??? So out of the blue I am once again able to process labels. The 24 hour "glitch" is gone. Maybe because I just received a new order? The silver lining - I was able to purchase a label for an order considerably cheaper than buying it on Etsy.
After all input of weight, box dimensions etc is entered the next step "Review" button won't let me proceed. It's basically zero sign with a slash through it. Did something change I'm not aware of?

I just tried to print a shipping label and where it says review it just gives me a red circle with a slash through it. I've never had this problem before. Is anyone else having issues like this? I've been using Etsy shipping for years now and this is a first. Maybe a glitch on Etsy's end? Thanks!
