Shop stuck on holiday mode

I made my first sale yesterday, have shipped and marked as dispatched. Etsy had now placed my store on holiday mode with no explanation and won't take it off. I have no outstanding fees, infact I am now in credit on etsy. They also have removed my payment details and won't allow me to re add them, so I can't get paid.

So now I can't sell NOR can I get paid. Etsy won't respond.

Most likely Etsy asked for a copy of your ID.

perhaps they did that because your items are clearly not handmade, as you claim.

not sure how much help you'll get on the forums, as most of us are reluctant to help other sellers who are lying to  customers and stealing our business.

Original post was created 6/24/2022 and stated the first sale was made the day before, on 6/23/2022.

The shop shows three sales after those dates, so it appears the problems were quickly resolved.

Would have been nice know how they were resolved.
