The contact form does not load on either the seller app or desktop - not a network issue, unsure if outage or coding glitch
have a request following up to a shipping label refund request from july 23 - requesting email from support
I tried the "contact us" from my shop manager and from the help pages link.
Took forever to load and when it did, NO options are there for buyer or seller help request.
All that loads on the page is "GET HELP" and keep commerce human.
No links or anything.
I tried accessing some links I've bookmarked on the help pages and they won't load either.
I'm using W11, Edge on a desktop.
If you requested a refund and it was approved, the refund should show up on your payment account page.
I don't think you'll get an email that it was approved it will just show up in on your payment account.
It still shows as pending/requested, and nothing in my payment account, unfortunately
Etsy does not do the refund. Your carrier does. Check your payment account and your email.
I filed for one, also canada post, july 3rd and never got a refund. That was when etsy changed the default shipping method to small packet at the top. Lesson learned, should have left it with no tracking.
Yeah it looks like I'm in the same boat, will stick to CP Snap Ship - cheaper most of the time anyway. I only purchased via Etsy in the first place bc CP was changing over their online point of sale that week and I didn't have time to go to an outlet.
