Hello, Etsy community!
I'm writing to see if anyone has faced a similar situation and can offer some advice. I have an established shop that has been running for a long. Recently, I had to update my passport information on Payoneer.
Even though my new passport has been verified and approved on Payoneer for several months, Etsy still shows my old passport number.
To fix this, Payoneer's technical team manually tried to sync my information. As a result of their attempts, I was disconnected from Etsy Payments, and my shop was automatically put into "Vacation Mode."
Now I have a notice that says:
"We can’t finish enrolling you in Etsy Payments since Payoneer couldn’t verify your info. We’ve put your shop on pause via Vacation Mode, so you can’t receive new orders right now and your listings won’t appear in search results on Etsy. To sell on Etsy, reach out to Payoneer’s Customer Care team to try enrolling again or check your email for more info."
However, Payoneer has already sent me a letter confirming that everything is fine on their end. I'm stuck in a loop, and my shop is unable to process any orders. As a dedicated seller, this issue is negatively impacting my business, causing lost revenue and preventing me from serving my customers.
Has anyone had this problem after updating their information on Payoneer? How did you resolve it? I'm hoping to hear about any positive experiences or successful solutions.
Thank you so much for your help!
