Unable to complete order (as a buyer) on etsy due to delivery address error.

As above, Ive been unable to complete an order due to a delivery address error. My default address has been the same for many years with etsy so Im confused why that would be the issue.

Contacted the customer service bot, and followed instruction, signing out of app and using a web browser or vice versa. Using 3 different devices to complete. Still nothing. 

Im now just frustrated I cant make this order from a small business and obviously want to complete it!

I am having same issue: unable to  purchase due to zip code error. My zip code or address has not changed for many years & I have purchased a lot thru etsy. Error message only started yesterday. And it is only one shop (so far) that i receive error message for.

That scenario doesn't help get sales.  Hopefully it is fixed quickly.
