Its been a week now that my shop is on 'pause' this happened twice this year and was able to reach Etsy within a 2 days and unpause the shop. I have paid for a huge promo campaign on social media for one of my listings. Of course there is lots of interest and I had to create a shop on my website to sell the item instead of ETsy. I want to keep my Etsy shop running but fear the customer service is plummeting since I saw many others online recently complaining bout the same issue....is there a direct email? or another form I can fill out? Ive spend many hours trying to find more ways of reaching out.
Oh that is so strange! I literally checked again this morning and it was not. thanks!!! I hope that this does not continue to happen, its super frsutrating.
You generally have to email Etsy for a couple months to get a real person to respond. You have to keep all your emails in one help thread or they will close the one you had open and treat each new email as a new problem, kicking you to the end of the line to start the endless series of canned responses all over again.
Your shop is not on pause, I can see all your items, however, your message sending people off of Etsy to another site is against policy. This could be an issue, and maybe cause more problems like getting shut down for not following Etsy rules.
