Unable to add listing pictures

I have tried to upload images from three separate devices, all of which get error messages with no explanation. I have downloaded the express Adobe image editing software converted the images to.PNG and widened into the image to the exact measurements that Etsy prefers I am still unable to upload any images to my Etsy listing, and I’m extremely frustrated and disappointed with the lack of explanation for why I can’t upload my files.

Make sure you are using a browser and not the app

PNG files can be a heavy lift.  If say, over a megabyte, it may not finish loading.  Try saving as a JPG, and try uploading again?

try loading jpgs and try there is a limit to the size of the jpeg file (I get an error message when mine are too large, so try saving them as smaller files.
