seeking help

I am a star seller.

My shop was on vacation over the holiday weekend.

I tried to update the Etsy Seller app on my phone yesterday and was unable to. I uninstalled the current edition, but was not able to install the new one. I updated my phone and went thru all of the gyrations to try to get this done. I even updated all of my apps overnight. Still no luck.

When I logged into my laptop, I find that my access to shop manager is not available either! And my shop is still on vacation! I went to the help center, requested a code to be sent to my email, I never received one!

Please, can someone tell me how to get in touch with someone that can help me...I have no access to my shop.

It looks like you put yourself in holiday mode.  I think there is a delay after you switch it back on again.

@MinnesotaSewn not sure why you felt the need to update - they are automatic,  as far as I can see.  Others have posted similar issues, recently - I haven't seem any specific answers as to what exactly is happening.

If you don't have computer access, then use the Brower search bar on you phone to look for Etsy - official site.  You should see a menu for Settings - Options  - Vacation mode.
