You are posting in the forums now. This is a peer to peer forum, we are all sellers like yourself, not Etsy Employees. There are occasional visits by mods, but they tend to stick to forum operation issues, such as closing old posts or moving posts from one category to another, or in some cases they may pass an issue along to Etsy Support, but there are no support staff resident in the forums. If they told you to post here, it is because the Support function is outsourced and restricted to specific basic issues, anything complicated they have to refer up the line and it can take a long time to get an answer back. They often tell sellers with issues above their abilities to post here so that the sellers here can share their learned wisdom and perhaps provide a solution quicker than waiting for Etsy support.
