Hi Guys,

 

Do we know if Live Chat will return soon?

 

Sadly waiting 2 days at a time for an email reply, where an issue is not being understood, is proving quite tricky. Live chat has always resolved issues very quickly from our experience.

@TangibleStationery  Did they put your shop on vacation mode? If so, you'll have to wait to get an email reply.  What is the issue you're having that you don't understand?

Hi there, Thank you for replying. Yes, Holiday Mode We were asked to verify details and add a passport. We are a small UK business, all information matches Companies House info but the issues is so silly. Although all info is correct on the Etsy pages, when it's asking for ID it is jumbling up the info. So it wants a passport confirming my name is Tangible Stationery, has my date of birth and my home address is the business address. I have tried to explain it five different times without success.... Live chat is so much easier as any misunderstandings are ironed out immediately. Any suggestions? Thank you
