Anyone else having an issue? I can see Announcements and Technical Issues and nothing else. I signed out, then signed back in with no access on desktop.

I now have all forum options back. Now, if you get this far in this thread, while you're still taking a breather may I suggest you check your processing times, what days of the week are shown in your shop as business days.
This was another change that was to take place today. From another thread, a post from an Etsy rep. on the changes:
"Hi there! Thanks for sharing your concerns – we’re chiming in to provide additional clarification here.
Last year, we introduced a new tool which allows you to indicate whether you prep and ship orders over the weekend. Adding Saturday and/or Sunday to your Order Processing Schedule doesn’t necessarily mean that you’re shipping orders over the weekend. Rather, it includes weekend days in your processing times, which impacts your ship-by dates. Those extra details help us give buyers an even more accurate (and sometimes faster) estimate of when their order will arrive.
On March 26, we’ll add Saturday and Sunday to certain sellers’ order processing schedules. While this is meant to help sellers who are consistently working over the weekend better reflect the days they’re working, we understand not everyone will want this change made to their settings. That’s why we gave impacted sellers a heads up so they can opt out of this update before March 26. However, you can always update your order processing schedule at any time, including after March 26.
If you received an email about this update and don’t want to update your order processing schedule, go to Shop Manager > Settings > Shipping Profiles and click “No Thanks” on the banner before March 26. You also have the option to update your schedule to reflect one weekend day instead of both or none.
If you did not receive an email about this update, no action is needed and your schedule will not be adjusted.

I am always signed in
Most of us are.
But when Etsy flipped the switch even those of us that were and always are signed in, didn't have access to most categories for a short time.
I am a shop owner and am unuable to view anything either. I like to look at other sellers posts to try to improve my shop but keep getting access denied i must be a seller , but i am a seller.
you should be back in by now, most of us were out less than an hour when they did the switch over, I would log a call with etsy

Then you should start a new post. Because this one was from yesterday when they first flipped the switch and kicked everyone out and as far as Etsy knows has been resolved. Since most people are back in, this post is actually a different problem, since you are still not having access.

Same here... I'm able to post this; Am logged in to my shop account and community, but keep getting 'Access Denied... Log in to the Etsy Community Space. Log out, back in... same thing.

An Etsy moderator posted about 7:30am ish today that the issue was fixed for those who had posted. It may be that something was glitching & Etsy fixed the issue.
Or it could be that each individual will need to contact Etsy about the problem.
ETA - Well, duh, not enough coffee yet I guess. Obviously those still having problems probably won't be able to access that forum. This is the short reply:
"Thanks for your reports, folks! I have resolved this for each of you. You may need to log out and log back in for these changes to take effect."
You can try the fix of logging in & out.

I am having this issue as well and it is not fixed at all. I am logged in.
I logged out and logged back in 4 times and I still cannot access anything except announcements and technical issues.
Edit: I am typing on my smartphone (in chrome browser) and I don’t know why the “spoiler” area has appeared in my post either. I didn’t add nor type it into this post (and there is nothing to remove it on the mobile browser). A lot of glitches happening in the forums lately.

Same issue here. I tried to view the other thread, but, of course, the system won't let me.
Logging out and in did not help.
Clearing the cache did not help.
I deleted the cookie for community.etsy.com. That didn't help either.
Frustrating.
