Unable to access my digital products to update

I am unable to access digital files that belong to my company. I cannot download them to update them and I cannot even upload files to overwrite the old ones - there is no button any longer to do so. The only way to update my files is if I pay a new listing fee and create a whole new listing and even then... after publishing the new listing, I again cannot access the digital file. This is problematic for Etsy as the files belong to me and the platform will not let me access them without paying a fee - this doesn't seem legal.
 
As I have been dealing with support staff via the support ticket system, I am not getting a resolution and instead, I am repeatedly replied to with requests for ein, ss#, last 4 digits of card on file even though I am already verified - I've been on Etsy since 2017. Additionally, I spent almost an hour on the phone with a support person to a call I made  last Thursday which resulted in no resolution to the issue and a promise that the support person I spoke with would continue to look into the issue with me not being able to access digital files that belong to my companies.
 
Lastly, I have done everything asked of me as a seller in providing information and meticulous details about the issue. I have tried accessing my dashboard in several different browsers and still cannot access my digital products. There is nothing more I can do - this seems to be a platform issue. I'm at a loss and really need to access my files.
 
Do any other digital sellers have this issue?

No I never had that issue. I always use a browser .

I appreciate your reply - this thread is about not being able to access digital products I sell. It doesn't appear that you sell digital products.

And, there is no way to access anything on the internet with a browser so...

I do, in fact sell digital crochet patterns. Why can't you use a browser?
