Unable to access account due to security reasons

I am using my backup user in order to ask for help regarding my one month old Etsy shop which became unreachable for me around 48 hours ago. I received no email or whatsoever and can’t access my account to monitor my help requests… 

my old store was named @CaseArtDirect and whenever i try to sign in i get a notification saying that due to security reasons my account access was limited…

I get no reply for my help requests through email and i am panicking… can someone here please help me out on how to resolve this issue… thank you.

Your shop is probably being checked out, since it is loaded with trademarked names which, I'm sure you know, is not allowed on Etsy

Okay... I understand the fact the I may have violated policies of Etsy, and I admit as a new member to this selling platform I haven't given my fullest to read the handbook. All I need is someone to contact me and tell whether I am permanently shut down or I can still be an Etsy seller... I had no outstanding balanca and over 300USD in my account... Also had to reimburse some customers who knows how they got paid... Can someone please get in touch it's been over couple weeks now and I have no access. Just a message saying that I am permanently banned is enough to hear at this point. I am so done with being a seller on this platform anyways. My shop ID. CaseArtDirect.

When clicking on your seller avatar on CaseArtDirect, it brings you to the page that says ''Uh oh! Sorry, the member you are looking for does not exist.''  That's a good indication that the shop has been permanently banned.   It's doubtful that you will get an answer from Etsy that explains anything further.  You're aware of why your shop is closed, so what more can Etsy tell you?

Since your shop was suspended, it's typical that any other shop you attempt to open will also be closed eventually.

Whatever money you had in that shop's account will be held for six months in case any of your buyers open a case and request a refund. 

Curious to know why the suspended shop's location is the UK and the shop you opened in order to post is located in NY?

Thanks for your answer. I was doing a POD business, and my manufacturer was located in the UK. That was the sole reason for it. I understand what you are saying, but how will I know if I will ever get my money back... And by now all my orders are dispatched and delivered. Over time I learned POD businesses also not allowed here.......

If any money is left after those 6 months, it will be sent to you.  

POD shops are allowed to be here.  They're not allowed though if what they were selling infringed on someone else's IP.  Were you using graphics for the cases that were not yours to use, such as movie names/characters/actors, Superheros, Mickey Mouse, or any well-known characters?  Or it could be you were listing your cases incorrectly as actual iPhones and Samsung products. 

eta - Uh oh! Harley-Davidson doesn't like it when others use their name and logo without permission.

Hi peeps, so I ended up receiving set of security questions, I believe I answered them all correctly since my mail account is over 15 years old... Now I am waiting to receive future details. Will keep you all posted. Regarding the IP infringement problems, I now know how to re-manage my listings. Will never use any of those logos....
