Too many Spam / Scam messages affecting my Star Seller.

Hi, I've been maintaining a high star seller rate but over the past month, there's been a load amount of scam messages of these Etsy Admin , Etsy Support Team bla bla messaging me telling me to click on links. Now I'm not an idiot, and I have reported them for spam etc but when you get like 5 messages a day from different users, you begin to ignore them, which now affects your star seller because you 'didn't respond on time to a new request'. 

Does Etsy plan on getting rid of these scammers, it's becoming such a joke and very frustrating.

Mark them as spam and they will not count against you.

Set up auto-reply. You can still mark them as spam at a later time.

Etsy does get rid of them. Accounts are closed as soon as they are identified as scammers. Sadly, the more they close, the more new ones pop up.

Interesting to note I got a spam message this morning, and while it showed the user was no longer a member on Etsy and I couldn't reply, there was no blue banner on it being a first-time message that needed a response.  And yes, I was still able to mark as spam.  Maybe this is new?

For every new item I list I am getting approx 10 spam emails. It is extremely annoying to say the least! Especially when you can't mark them as spam on the app!

Heads up , ive just. heard that the FROM ETSY folder in messages , now shows on the App . Can anyone confirm this ?

I'm not seeing a "From Etsy" folder, but messages from Etsy have a yellow "From Etsy" lozenge.

Nice these fixed it.  But it the damage has been done. My sales have have tanked and are down 58% as of this morning. This might be the end for me. I promoted Etsy like a jet engine.  I feel like an absolute fool for my loyalty.
