I am typically a digital print shop but sold a couple of physical products last month for the first time. When I went to ship my products, I tried accessing Etsy's shipping labels but ran into technical difficulties as it kept giving me an error saying they were unable to connect my account with Canada Post. I didn't realize that I NEEDED to use these labels in order to maintain my Star Seller badge, so I just gave up and got the labels from Canada Post directly. This month I've lost my Star Seller badge because of this, but I honestly don't think it was my fault because had the error not occurred, I would have used Etsy's labels. Is there any way I can get my Star Seller badge reinstated for this month?
No way to get it reinstated if you did not meet the criteria.

For Star Seller you just need to use a supported shipping company and shipping class and enter that data along with the tracking number when you mark the order as completed.
Even if Etsy were able to correct the underlying data it would not retroactively affect Star Seller stats.
