My Star Seller Stats says that I have 1 order that shipped late. The order was placed on 8.28.23 and was shipped on 8.30.23. The item shipped via USPS with tracking info and was delivered to customer on 9.2.23. The listing stated that the item would arrive to the customer between 8.31.23 and 9.8.23. It was not late. How do I dispute this?
@PunchBuggyLady: Did you check the applicable CSV file on your Star Seller page (last review period for October star) to see what Etsy thinks is late or otherwise has something wrong with it? In particular make sure that *Had processing time?* = yes, *Ship by* has a date, *Tracking/label date* has a date, and *Shipped on time?* = yes. Is *Tracking/label date* (which you selected when marking the order as complete) equal or earlier than *Ship by*?
