On June 3rd, I was asked to Enrol to Etsy Payments, When I have successfully enrolled using Payoneer account. I got confirmation mail too. But when I visited the Payments Accounts page, I see a yellow Banner stating to Add my GSTIN. I have done this long time back. When I clicked complete it took me to Legal and Tax Page where my GSTIN is already stored. I clicked edit and saved again, still the yellow banner is showing.
I am not able to see Etsy Payments in the Payments account page but the yellow Alert.

I am writing to address an ongoing issue that I have been experiencing with connecting my Payoneer account to Etsy. Despite following all provided solutions, the problem remains unresolved.
Here is a detailed account of what has happened:
I created my Payoneer account through Etsy and submitted the required legal documents for verification. Payoneer sent me two small deposits for verification, which I confirmed. Payoneer verified my account and confirmed that it is fully functional for receiving payments. They assured me that there are no issues on their end and advised me to contact Etsy regarding the problem.
After my Payoneer account was set up, I attempted to connect it to Etsy. During this process, Etsy prompted me to add my GST IN, which I successfully did. Despite this, I keep receiving a prompt from Etsy to "complete GST IN," preventing me from moving forward to the next step.
I have reached out to Etsy support multiple times (more than 50) over the past month, but the solutions provided do not address the core issue. I have verified all my documents and confirmed with Payoneer that my account is in good standing.
The only problem lies with Etsy repeatedly asking me to complete the GST IN, which I have already done. This technical error is preventing me from connecting my Payoneer account to Etsy, and it is negatively impacting my sales.
Please resolve this technical issue as soon as possible.

I have the same issue - and nothing has happened - nobody has resolved my problem. My GST is live, yet I get the same error when I try to update it "You GST is inactive, please check if the registration is up to date." Has anyone gotten any response from Etsy other than "Please check with your local tax authorities."?
