Unable to Complete The Listing Form

I'm unable to save the details in the listing form. A message "Unable to save details" pops up every time I try to publish the listing. Etsy publishes the listing deleting images, tags, attributes, and shipping info. And charges me 20 cents every time I hit the Publish button. Now, I have 3 new empty listings in my store. Is it a known bug or something recent?

Happened to me too. I basically listed an item three times not knowing it listed even though it said  unable to save details. I finally just saved it in drafts and then listed it ( hit publish in drafts ). Then I saw I had to delete the others : (.

Don't delete the others.  You have paid for them.  Edit them to list a different item.

Same issue here. Tried listing same item 5 times, charged 5 fees, but none of the listings have photos or other info mentioned above. Tried editing them to add the info, but Etsy keeps telling me core details (category) are missing.

Hmmm....might be a bug.  Can you call up the listing and go back into edit and redo the information?

Are you using a VPN?  Etsy doesn't like a VPN.

Are you using browser or app?  I would use a browser as the app can be problematic.

I see the blank listings so it is odd.

Try editing to see if it works.  

Reboot your computer and modem.  Try editing again.  If that doesn't work contact Etsy.

I don't think it's anyone's computer, etc, it's definitely an etsy issue

Etsy States I di not add photos or shipping info or categories Etc

Contact Etsy Support, Tried That also and got no where,

I belive it is Bug, they are adjusting pages for the new search

Technical issues window popping up and now I have 2 of the same listing.

Etsy, something is wrong again with posting new listings, thank you for your attention  to this matter.

same here, it's really frustrating, everything seems to be malfunctioning and now I have three listings without photos of the same item and it's quite mad

Same issue here! 
I was able to publish the full listing with images after saving it as a draft. 
But now I have 4 duplicates without photos and assume I was charged for each.

Unfortunately it has happened to me. 3 Listing bought but nothing is saving its just posting them with an etsy error message.

I reported the issue to tech support, came this morning to edit the empty listings. Same result. I guess it's not a priority for Etsy. They got the money for the listings.

Hi, I sent three help emails and received this yesterday. so now they are aware of this issue, but I don't know if it's been resolved yet: "It sounds like you’re experiencing an issue that our engineering team is looking into. I’ve added all of the details from this ticket to their investigation so they have more information to work with."

3 days later and still not able to list, edit a listing or add photos. This is not good.

Same here. I'm glad Etsy tech support team responds to other sellers' requests. I've got an AI general response unrelated to the issue. I requested a re-reimbursement of my listing fees for the useless listings.
