I am experiencing an issue while trying to list a digital product in my shop. I can close the window and continue creating the product listing, but an error keeps appearing, asking me to select either a physical or digital product type. When I try to select either option, nothing happens, and the "Continue" button remains unclickable.
Could you please assist me in resolving this issue? Thank you!
Try using the duplicate feature instead from another listing. then edit the new listing as needed.
Remove the attemtp. Close out of Etsy and clean out cache and cookies. Reopen browser and log in. Start fresh with a new listing. Make sure you are answering all core details correctly.
If using the app, that can be troublesome. I suggest a browser for creating.
Having the same issue the continue or cancel window is on top of the physical or digital item choice window Did you figure out a solution?
On my iPad I found if I remove the screen rotation lock and rotate the iPad to portrait then I can click all the sections. I can’t list any new items on my phone right now due to this glitch which has been reported to Etsy by many previous sellers and nothing has changed….
