Add new listing

As of recently when I go to add listing. The box pops up with the option of physical item or digital item. Once I make my selection. I am not able to leave that box without clicking the X which deletes my selection.

I’m having a similar issue! It’s really frustrating when the pop-up doesn’t let you proceed without clearing your selection. Have you tried refreshing the page or clearing your browser cache? It might help with the functionality. I hope they address this soon!

I am having the same issue and cannot scroll within that first window.  Reached out to Etsy but so far no help.
