Unable To Add Tracking To My orders and Dispatch

I am facing this issue of being unable to dispatch my orders because the "review" option isn't clickable. I don't use Etsy labels for shipping and have been doing so for 2 years. When I add all the details about tracking, the review option isn't clickable. I don't know what to do, it is affecting my star seller rating and orders are overdue because of this. image

Also please let me know how to ship existing orders that I had in my India shipping profile. There are many overdue orders.

If you no longer have "other" as an option with the drop down choice, you just have to pick one, and not put in tracking

It won't cover you for star seller, or for non-delivery, but you should be able to mark it as shipped,

but you can't "undo" the location, for what has already been sold

@CraftyCornishMaids I tried doing that but the review option is still not clickable. I tried entering India Post from the drop-down menu but the review button still doesn't show up.

Is this a bug? or a technical issue? Because at least it should let me dispatch orders. People dispatch orders with no tracking too right? it lets them dispatch.

In your original image post, the tracking box is cut off, suggesting the page can be scrolled down.
