Shoot, hope it's not a glitch. You could ask your Customer if she is trying to check out with multiple Shops (rather than just yours). *Personally I would check out separately.
On that Help Page > For Shopping > Checkout, there are other articles which tell about having trouble w/certain cards. (Maybe it's a case w/your Customer's card; you'll not know). But perhaps you could direct your Customer to that Help Page should she ask again. (I gave you the one caption only to that page, but there are others.

I don't know if it is a glitch. If your Order is still Processing, it would show as "Pending" (in that case we don't know what the problem is). But don't ship until it clears.

Unfortunately the error is not letting the transaction process , the sale will not go through on the customer end

Thank you, someone else was able to check out so we will try again.
If they are on the app that is the problem. They can use the browser on their phone. another long time issue that doesn't get fixed.
Are you saying checkout on the app isn't working right now?
I don't think it's consistent but it has been a problem. I have had buyers myself encounter it.
