I have 4 orders that still show pre-transit for USPS. When I click on the tracking, they have all been delivered. I understanding that engineers were fixing this problem but not all of my orders got fixed. I used to have 7 orders now I'm down to 4 orders. The orders were between the dates 1/19/23 -2/1/23. This is affecting my star seller status.

I think the site wide issue started around March 1st so maybe that's why your earlier orders were not fixed. I would contact Etsy support with the transaction numbers.

we brought this up almost right away w Etsy, just got this reply today
On March 21, our engineers updated all USPS shipping labels that were purchased since the start of this issue. All labels that were stuck in the ‘Pre-Transit’ state due to this issue should now be displaying the proper tracking information. Additionally, you’ll see these updates reflected in your Star Seller Shipping Score as of this morning.
