My star seller stats are down due to one item that says "pre-transit" on Etsy although it has been marked as delivered in USPS tracking. This item shares the same tracking number as another package that went to the same person. The other item has been marked as delivered on Etsy. Is there any way to rectify delivery status on Etsy?
UPDATE: I received an email in less than 12 hours from Etsy and the "pre-transit" status was changed to "delivered". It took another half a day for the Star Status to update.
Here is a thread discussing this issue. As the "fix" in the link above has not worked for the vast majority of us.
Thank you for your responses. I sent a message to Support. Hopefully, they will resolve the issue. It's not a big issue, but it's like getting a bad grade when you don't deserve it.
On Sunday I had a CHAT conversation for my 7 pre-transit issues. Were fixed by Monday!
i just wasted over an hour on chat trying to get my latest batch of 19 all ready delivered orders moved out of pre-transit mode. they really have the "we're so helpful, here for you, hear your concerns, understand your frustration" brush off speeches down pat.
