Tiffany is a trademarked brand name. You can only use that word in your listings if you are selling genuine original Tiffany jewellery. Using the Tiffany name without permission is a trademark infringement - which is prohibited. I suggest you check through all your listings and remove this word.
If the Tiffany Company report your listings they will be taken down by Etsy and your shop could be suspended permanently.
hello again, when I checked their listing I confirmed that I didn't use the word "tiffany" in the title or description. It's only on the labels. is this a problem?
