Quantity not updating correctly?

So I made 10 pieces of an item I am selling, when I put on listing I entered quantity: 10 and automatic renewal.
Few days ago someone purchased an item and quantity still shows as 10 available. Does automatic renewal means it will renew so 10 every time is available? I don't really understand how it works

If someone buys one it should renew with a new quantity of 9.

I have the same problem I think but mine is not on automatic renewal.

Automatic renewal is only when an item expires after 4 months without selling.  When you have a quantity of more than 1 and you sell 1 that is auto renew sold and the quantity is supposed to go down by 1.  Sounds like some kind of glitch.
