URGENT HELP NEEDED - Incorrect shipping data has removed my eligibility for Star Seller!

I have spoken to someone on the Etsy help live chat as my shipping data is showing incorrectly - my latest order for some reason has a "deliver by" date of the day after the order was placed. Order placed 28th July, I have a 3-5 day processing time set and I have purchased a shipping label for this order today, 30th July. This will be showing as late as for some reason the data is saying the deliver by date is 29th. The person on the help live chat can see this is an Etsy automation issue but unsure why this has happened and is also unable to do anything about it. 

This has now put my under the requirements for Star Seller which I was on track to achieve and seems extremely unfair. 

Please can someone help with this?

All my shipping times are screwed up and every order is expected to deliver around 2 weeks after ordering even though my products specifically have 5 day processing and 10 days shipping, 15 business days, 3 weeks total and every order ends up with about 11 or 12 business days and has been causing a lot of problems with customers thinking their packages are late when they are within my manually set times. After so many years and pushing so hard for people to use their labels and they STILL can't get their shipping system to just work properly. And i bet they STILL keep having crazy glitches overcharging for labels costing sellers hundreds or thousands of dollars.

And i just checked to confirm, 3-5 business days processing, 4 to 10 days shipping. Up to 15 days. Estimated delivery on the product shows only as late as the 16th (12 business days) when it should be the 21st.

I had one of those last week.  Due shipping was same day in error.  Star seller shipping dropped from 100 to 97%.  I hadn't completed the order so reset the ship date to a couple of days out. Fulfilled the order before then and star seller has reverted back to 100% showing dispatched on time.  So if you've not marked it complete yet, change the ship by date on the orders page for the item.
