Response time on my shop's page is wrong

A customer let me know that it states that I take 30 days to respond. That is wrong. When logged in, my page states as a Star Seller:

" Speedy replies - Has a history of replying to messages quickly."

How do I get this fixed? It's a poor reflection on my business obviously and clearly an Etsy error.

From what I hear this has been a problem for some shops for years (including cyndilouwho2) and no one has found a solution or fix for it.
