This is an issue I experienced a few months ago, which was fixed after about 3 weeks, and has now returned
Digital Design Orders (Even Made to Order Digital Design Orders) are Auto Marking as Complete as soon as a customer purchases them. Additionally, you cannot update the price of these listings unless you use the phone application.
This is excruciating upsetting as this is DAY 8 of the issue. It seems that Etsy does not recognize how CRITICAL this issue is for a store owner. This issue is CRITICAL enough to stop all internal operations at Etsy and resolve IMMEDIATELY.
Here is why:
- Customers receive completion notification and become irrate when they have received nothing and think you are scamming them
- Logging/Organization is completely off as 80% of your orders are marked as complete and mixed in the bunch
- Your listing price can not be updated without a cell phone near you
- CUSTOMERS WHO ARE AFFECTED BY THIS GLITCH CAN NOT EVER LEAVE A REVIEW FOR THEIR PURCHASE

We are just other sellers. You need to go to "Contact Us" to get to Etsy.
I have 100% already done this. And am making a log about the irresponsibility of the dev team. The support is already familiar with this thread. Happy Thanksgiving
Stop sending them multiple inquiries. Every time you open a new one, they close the old one and consider the new one as a new problem, kicking you to the back of the line again. Etsy is never quick in addressing glitches in their programming, and sometimes they never do. Usually it is the apps that are glichy, so try working on a desktop browser.
We are other sellers, not Etsy employees, and can do nothing to fix your problem. On your Dashboard, go to Help-->Contact Us to contact Etsy directly. Send one email, then wait for their reply. It can sometimes take 10 days or more to get a reply. If yo get a form letter reply that does not address your problem, click the I Still Need Help link at the bottom of that reply and keep doing it until they address your problem. It may take several replies to get one from an actual person.
Even then, they will probably say they are aware of the problem and are working on it, with no time frame for when it might be fixed.

I have read about this issue occurring for other sellers before. I don't remember how they resolved it, whether it required intervention from Etsy Support or not, but one thing you could try is to deactivate an affected listing and then make it active again. You won't be charged a renewal fee for deactivating an item.
Thanks for the suggestion, does not work. This is affecting all old listings. Creating a new listing fixes the problem - therefore destroying all stats and success on previously created listings
