We're currently aware of on issue that We are not able to send messages to the customer, we are not able to reply to the customer's queries As soon as we massage, it becomes temporarily disabled.

Did you send out mass emails?
If you did, Etsy considers that spam and disables messaging for an undisclosed (to us) period of time.
You need to contact Etsy to correct this problem. If you have been sending a lot of messages that are the same (spamming), Etsy will restrict your messaging capabilities. Check your emails (including the spam folder). Etsy may have sent you the reason for the restriction if that is the problem.
