I had an order late yesterday afternoon, but the 'download packing slip' isn't working..
I have tried downloading a packing slip for a selection of previous orders, and they are all fine so I know it isn't an issue with my PC.
It's an international order, so I do need to enclose paperwork.
Etsy's 'contact us' doesn't actually offer that as an option, I just keep going around in circles as they don't have an option that matched my query.
Is anyone else experiencing this? If so, did you find a way to either fix it or actually contact Etsy?
