UNABLE TO PRINT SHIPPING LABELS

I tried printing an etsy shipping label and received a pop up that said

"you just purchased 0 labels and label failed to purchase". I thought it

was just a glitch so I tried a different computer two more times and got charged for 

three shipping labels but still not printing. Anyone else having this issue?

If you browse the Forum threads, you'll see that Etsy has been having issues this morning. Try again in a short while. I just printed one without any issues. If that doesn't work, try a different browser or clearing your cache.

Been having the same problem for days, though I haven't tried today, yet.  I had to use PirateShip.com for my last few orders.

Happened to me.  I opened the receipt.  The label was there and I just hit "print."  Went thru as usual.  Don't forget to cancel the extras.

So, in other words, we can't just click on "Print Shipping Label" like we've always done in the past?  Why still have that option if it's not going to work?

I cancelled the extra labels and requested a refund on both. I sent screen shots to chat. Thanks for your help!

I am currently also having issues purchasing a label.   Is anyone else having the issue?    It doesnt say "why" the purchase failed.   All info is correct.

You won't have problems like that at Pirateship.com

I haven't been able to print shipping labels through Etsy, also, so I've been using PirateShip.com.

I just purchased and printed a label and had no problem.

My problem is slightly different, when I hit the 'get postage label' nothing happens nothing works unless I refresh the page. Is anyone else having this problem?

This is an old thread but I just printed two labels from two different shops - no problem - same as usual.

Yes, me too! FOR DAYS. All I hav learned to do is refresh the page and it somehow shows up. Sometimes, a  few will fail to purchase. But, this has been working for me. So frustrating.

Well, this morning this problem was on and then off, again and again.  So for my last label which I couldn't do on Etsy anyway because it's not an Etsy sale but a gift I am personally shipping, I went to Pirate Ship that THAT $13.00 Priority Mail label will NOT print correctly - cuts part of the label off, no matter what I do, on all FIVE attempts I have tried!  Pirate Ship is fine but I do wish we could print non-easy-sale labels from our Etsy shop!

THIS is an old thread. I posted it in May of last year. There are recent threads on problems with printing shipping labels if you do a search. There doesn't seem to be a solution yet.
