Completed order not showing actual order information?

I had some orders come in over the weekend and the invoice isnt loading or telling/showing me what was ordered? I can see any details.. it says in person orders?- Its not linking to my printify account either?

In person would mean they were processed via Square or another card reader.

Look at your shop payment account.

There seems to be something wrong in your shop. It says you have 6 sales but when I click on that it jumps to a screen that just shows your shop name. You need to contact Etsy support.
