Trouble with messages

Is anyone else having trouble in messaging?  If I need to edit something I typed or add to the message (like in the middle of the sentence), all of the new keystrokes go to the end of the original message.  This is hard to explain but if you're having this issue - you know! It's so annoying!

Same here - it's making me a little crazy. 🤪 The curser jumps to the end of the message overtime you try to type. 🤯

same here too, I wrote my reply in word and copy-paste it into the message box...

Same here! As @MyTinyShopy said, I just typed in a word document and copied it over to the message. I'm glad to know it's not an issue with my keyboard.

I do the word doc trick too! It is great as long as I pay attention... as I just pasted and sent a message that was to go to another customer... uggg.

I'm also experiencing this issue! I found that you can send messages if you go directly into the customer's receipt/invoice and respond from there. But it doesn't work from the Messages board. I hope Etsy gets this fixed soon!

Absolutely. I also tried chatting with CS but they keep asking me to check different browsers. Same exact issue.

If enough of us call, they’ll get on it. My experience is anytime there’s been a site white technical issue they resolve it within a couple hours.

Yes, same here, so far it only happens in Chrome. Firefox works fine.

I use Notepad. It is faster and much more convenient in cases like this when you do not need any formatting.
