I previously contacted support because I couldn't upload a photo of my bank statement, which was in .jpg format and met the minimum size requirements. However, I received a message stating that the photo was not compatible. The support team advised me to try uploading it from a computer.
On my PC, I still couldn't upload the same photo in .jpg format, but I was able to upload it in .pdf format. After uploading it, the site indicated that it would take a few days to approve the document. However, I have not received any email confirming my payment account or that I successfully uploaded the photo.
Today, when I opened the "Finances" section, I was again prompted to verify my payment account. I re-uploaded the same photo but still have not received any email confirmation.Could anyone please provide more information on the situation? I am concerned about the possibility of my account being suspended.
