I was logged in and everything was fine. One of our team members asked if I could get into another one of our shops and when i logged out, I can't get into any account. I tried different browsers. This happened about two weeks ago as well. Is there a glitch or is anyone else having this problem? I am still logged in on my phone but cannot get in on my computer.
Yep. Still happening to me. It has been weeks and it is still not fixed. I assume they don’t know how. I keep trying over and over and usually it eventually works for me at least. I did notice a new sign in page today though, at least on my I Pad. It asks for the e - mail first and then changes pages and asks for the password. Still doesn’t work on one or two tries. Try clicking on the Etsy logo as you are probably signed in behind the scenes and the message says that you’re not.
I have been able to get in on my three devices.
Check to make sure your browser is up to date.
Clean out cache and cookies. Chances are there is old information conflicting.
Run utilities. If you have not recently cleaned out computer, old information may be clogging your computer. Check your task manager to see if the disc is in full use. That could mean that your computer is working hard on everything you may have listed. Many apps consume a great deal of space including Chrome and Edge.
What do you have running in the background? Are you using an older computer with Windows 10 or 11 that was set up with an earlier version? That can cause issues.
If using Safari that seems to cause the most issues.
Any problems being experienced must not be widespread. I have seen other issues on the Tech page but not logging in.
Try cleaning out the computer first. Oh and make sure you are completely logged out before trying to log in again. It might be best to use a separate browser because a great deal of information gets imbedded now and you browser may be conflicting. Shops have to be completely separate and your browser may not be treating it as such.
