Trouble Responding To A Review

Hi all, I was just wondering if anyone else is having a problem responding to a review. I was trying to respond to my two most recent reviews and what I wrote is not showing up. Thanks!

When you respond to a review.. that customer does not get notification of it or anything-- they will never see what you wrote. You are talking to the next customer not that one.

Thank you. Yes, I realize that. I always reply to them anyway. I like to show my appreciation for purchasing from my shop.
