Hello
I opened a store through etys and they sent a message for authentication. They wrote READY and asked me to reply. After the reply they sent me a link. When I clicked on the link, I went to [This content has been removed by Moderation. Do not share unsafe links in the Forums.] and they told me that 190 euros would be deducted from my credit card and reloaded. My payment was received, but they said it was an erroneous transaction and did not refund my money. How can I solve this situation?
This is a scam, you need to contact your card provider, cancel your card, and see if you have fraud protection on it.
etsy says NEVER click on links to take yourself off etsy,
you have gone off etsy, and given details, and paid money to a scammer, only your card provider can help
You've been scammed.
Call your credit card company and report the transaction as a scam. They might be able to get your money back but it's not guaranteed.
This is on every message sent through Etsy: "To stay protected, stay on Etsy. Never follow links to other sites, and don’t share contact, account, or financial info with anyone in Messages. Learn how to spot spam."
You went off Etsy, and you were scammed. Contact your bank, they may be able to help you. Some offer fraud protection.
Sorry.
Sorry to hear this but sounds like you got scammed

If you receive an actual order, you will see it in your "Orders and Shipping" section and you will receive an email from Etsy notifying you that you have a sale, and there will be a notification in your dashboard as well.
