Tracking progress is being blocked by the menu.

This only happens on app and/or website via phone. Every time I click on tracking package, it’s not showing the progress of the tracking because it’s be covered/blocked by the shop manager menu. 

The desktop website is fine. But the app and website on phone, it’s being blocked by the shop manager menu  Yes my app is up to date, my iPhone is up to date. Yes I reboot my phone, same issue. How do I get rid of the blocking so I can see the tracking progress?

I'm sorry you are experiencing difficulties with the app ... it is glitchy at (most) times!  I just checked some of my recent orders and the tracking is fully viewable on my iphone app.  Perhaps you could use the browser on your phone to view your orders tracking info?

Sometimes glitches happen the most if the phone is an old model... could it be your model is outdated for Etsy's newest app version (1.89)?

Like I said, everything is up to date.  Both Etsy and Etsy Seller apps are up to date.  But as a customer, I am unable to see the tracking number.  When I click "Track Package" it took me directly to Etsy Seller Shop Manager Menu that is covering the actual page that I'm trying to see the tracking number and/or progress.  It's not glitching because if it is, it would've been solved by now.  Very frustrating because I use my phone for everything and now I cannot track a package on my phone because I have to use the desktop computer instead to look at it.  I even used the website on my phone and still the package number/progress is being covered by the Shop Manager Menu.  This is a technical issue.  Is there a way that I can contact someone directly about websites/apps issues???

I'm having the same issue. I had to record my phone screen to be able to pause it before the pop up menu blocks the tracking page.

I’m seeing the same thing. I am not able to select and copy the tracking number to try to track it directly with USPS either.

Same here. And opening the tracking on a browser instead of through the app is doing the same thing.

@CutierCreations in your shop dashboard menu, help tab, contact us ... or use the chat box in the bottom right hand corner (shop dashboard) ... good luck!

Same here. Finally, in the process of contacting Etsy through the help link, the tracking number on the order was visible and I was able to track it through the USPS app.

FYI: Uninstalling/reinstalling Etsy app did not fix the issue.

I’ve already uninstall and reinstall the app. Doesn’t work. Besides I know it’s not the app itself because the iPhone website isn’t working too as it’s being blocked off by the shop manager menu.

Having the same problem.  All apps are updated, and my phone is less than a year old, pixel.  I've accepted that I don't get to track my package and will get a notification when it's delivered?

Same issue. Just noticed today. iPhone 16 Pro, everything up to date. Super annoying. I'm using the Etsy shopping app and not the Etsy seller app either, so I dont even know why it would even pull that menu and there is no way to scroll around it.

That’s what I’m trying to do. But it keeps giving me links that isn’t even related to selling and/or buying. Very frustrating.

Google "Etsy help" and follow the prompts. That how I have gotten through. I'm having the same issues and as of two days ago I can't even check out now because there is an "uh oh" screen that comes up! I've contacted Etsy twice. They gave me a credit for my inconvenience and said they would forward the issue to the "Etsy team". Still waiting for any reply.

Same problem, I’m finding if I log into Etsy on Safari, the page will let me go horizontal and I can cut and paste the tracking number. PITA tho i hope this is fixed soon. So dysfunctional!!!

Yes I had to put my phone sideways just to copy the tracking number.  Unfortunately, the tracking from Spain to USA doesn't show up on USPS tracking website, therefore I rely on Etsy since Etsy does show tracking from Spain to USA.  I've already contacted USPS to add Spain to their tracking system.  Even though I turn my phone sideways, I'm able to see the tracking number for other tracking that I can copy/paste because it is somewhat being covered by the shop manager menu still.  That's a good thing for a dysfunctional glitch in the meantime.  But I really need Spain tracking that I unfortunately cannot track it on USPS website.  So frustrating!
