This only happens on app and/or website via phone. Every time I click on tracking package, it’s not showing the progress of the tracking because it’s be covered/blocked by the shop manager menu.
The desktop website is fine. But the app and website on phone, it’s being blocked by the shop manager menu Yes my app is up to date, my iPhone is up to date. Yes I reboot my phone, same issue. How do I get rid of the blocking so I can see the tracking progress?

I am having the same issue. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app, and the menu screen still blocks the tracking update page when I click tracking.
I have an iPhone updated to most recent iOS.
Ditto for me. And the shop mgr menu is blocking a large part of the tracking info…on an iPad.

Update: I finally got through. They sent my issue to technical team. So hopefully I will hear something by the end of the week. This is an issue for all of us here plus many more that may not realize that they have the same exact issue until they see their iPhone. I'll keep y'all updated once I hear something!
I'm having the same issue on my Motorola phone that's less than a year old. Everything is up to date.
I know this is an issue for many and you have probably tried all you can, but I note that everyone is using the APP on their phone. Have you tried logging into your Shop using a Browser view? This usually overcomes APP deficiencies.
Yes it works on computer but a lot of people like me uses iphone for everything when traveling. And browser does not work on iPhone. But I’m seeing androids are having the same issues (app and mobile browser).

Hi everyone!!! Like I had previously mentioned that Etsy sent my issue to technical support They emailed me to let me know they sent it to the engineering team. That was yesterday. I checked it today and I think it’s fixed now!! Check your app and see if it worked on your end. Let me know!!!
